Freeware, Shareware 등의 라이선스로 제공되는 뷰어에 대한 정보를 아래와 같이 제공하니 사용자 환경에 적합한 뷰어를 다운로드 받아서 사용하십시오.
1. DICOM 파일 뷰어
DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) : 의료용 디지털 영상 및 통신 표준은 의료용 기기에서 디지털 영상표현과 통신에 사용되는 여러 가지 표준을 총칭하는 말로, 미국방사선의학회(ACR)와 미국전기공업회(NEMA)에서 구성한 연합 위원회에서 발표합니다.
IrfanView is a very fast, small, compact and innovative FREEWARE (for non-commercial use) graphic viewer for Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, XP, 2003 , 2008, Vista, Windows 7.
It is designed to be simple for beginners and powerful for professionals.
IrfanView seeks to create unique, new and interesting features, unlike some other graphic viewers, whose whole "creativity" is based on feature cloning, stealing of ideas and whole dialogs from ACDSee and/or IrfanView! (for example: XnView has been stealing/cloning features and whole dialogs from IrfanView, for 10+ years).

DICOMscope is a free DICOM viewer which can display uncompressed, monochrome DICOM images from all modalities and which supports monitor calibration according to DICOM part 14 as well as presentation states. DICOMscope offers a print client (DICOM Basic Grayscale Print Management) which also implements the optional Presentation LUT SOP Class. The development of this prototype was commissioned by the "Committee for the Advancement of DICOM" and demonstrated at the European Congress of Radiology ECR 1999. An enhanced version was developed for the "DICOM Display Consistency Demonstration" at RSNA InfoRAD 1999. The current release 3.5.1 has been demonstrated at ECR 2001 and contains numerous extensions, including a print server, support for encrypted DICOM communication, digital signatures and structured reporting.
DICOMscope is not meant as a competition for commercial DICOM viewers. The application is rather a feasibility study for DICOM presentation states. The program is not appropriate to be used in a clinical environment, e.g. for reporting.
Aeskulap is a medical image viewer.
It is able to load a series of special images stored in the DICOM format for review. Additionally Aeskulap is able to query and fetch DICOM images from archive nodes (also called PACS) over the network.
The goal of this project is to create a full open source replacement for commercially available DICOM viewers.
Aeskulap is based on gtkmm, glademm and gconfmm and designed to run under Linux. Ports of these packages are available for different platforms. It should be quite easy to port Aeskulap to any platform were these packages are available.
Sante DICOM Viewer FREE
Sante DICOM Viewer FREE is an easy to use medical image viewer aimed at no-professional users and radiology students. Although it is a simplified version of our commercial software, it has an extended feature-set that you cannot find easily in third-party PACS' DICOM viewers. It is compatible with all modalities (CT, MR, NM, US, XA, MG, CR etc.), all manufacturers and all DICOM 3.0 and NEMA 2 file types. Sante DICOM Viewer FREE is Windows 7 and Vista compatible.
OsiriX (for MacOS)
OsiriX is an image processing software dedicated to DICOM images (".dcm" / ".DCM" extension) produced by imaging equipment (MRI, CT, PET, PET-CT, SPECT-CT, Ultrasounds, ...). It is fully compliant with the DICOM standard for image comunication and image file formats. OsiriX is able to receive images transferred by DICOM communication protocol from any PACS or imaging modality (C-STORE SCP/SCU, and Query/Retrieve : C-MOVE SCU/SCP, C-FIND SCU/SCP, C-GET SCU/SCP, WADO).
OsiriX has been specifically designed for navigation and visualization of multimodality and multidimensional images: 2D Viewer, 3D Viewer, 4D Viewer (3D series with temporal dimension, for example: Cardiac-CT) and 5D Viewer (3D series with temporal and functional dimensions, for example: Cardiac-PET-CT). The 3D Viewer offers all modern rendering modes: Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), Surface Rendering, Volume Rendering and Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP). All these modes support 4D data and are able to produce image fusion between two different series (PET-CT and SPECT-CT display support).
OsiriX is at the same time a DICOM PACS workstation for imaging and an image processing software for medical research (radiology and nuclear imaging), functional imaging, 3D imaging, confocal microscopy and molecular imaging.
MicroDicom is application for primary processing and preservation of medical images in DICOM format.
It is equipped with most common tools for manipulation of DICOM images and it has an intuitive user interface.
It also has the advantage of being free for use and accessible to everyone.
Rubo Dicom Viewer
The 'Dicom Viewer' developed by Rubo Medical is one of the most complete and powerful Dicom Viewers on the market today.
It's capable of handling all Dicom files of any modality (X-Ray angiogram, ultrasound, CT, MRI, Nuclear etc.), compression (lossless and lossy Jpeg, RLE), depth or color.
Combined with a user-friendly interface and features such as biplane display, multi-monitor, conversion to AVI, CD/Network overview, image export, printing and more, makes the PC based 'Dicom Viewer' a very powerful viewer at a very competitive price.
2. STL 파일 뷰어
STL (Stereo Lithography) : 3차원 형상을 구현하는 기술의 일종으로 주로 3D 모델을 랜더링하는데 사용됩니다.
MeshLab is an open source, portable, and extensible system for the processing and editing of unstructured 3D triangular meshes.
The system is aimed to help the processing of the typical not-so-small unstructured models arising in 3D scanning, providing a set of tools for editing, cleaning, healing, inspecting, rendering and converting this kind of meshes.
The system is heavily based on the VCG library developed at the Visual Computing Lab of ISTI - CNR, for all the core mesh processing tasks and it is available for Windows, MacOSX, and Linux. . The MeshLab system started in late 2005 as a part of the FGT course of the Computer Science department of University of Pisa and most of the code (~15k lines) of the first versions was written by a handful of willing students. The following years FGT students have continued to work to this project implementing more and more features. The proud MeshLab developers are listed here.

STL viewer is a professional tool for viewing CAD models created from 3D systems. STL viewer boast a very user-friendly interface for non-technical users while providing full range of tools for navigation and analyzing the 3D object. For advanced users of this kind viewers there are most of the known command as on any 3D viewer, and for beginners and non-technical users there is a help, and explanation on every tool how to use and what that tool do while using STL viewer.
